Founded in 1988. Central Florida Lyric Opera has proudly been producing affordable quality musical performances featuring young, exceptionally talented performers to audiences throughout the world.

Currently, Central Florida Lyric Opera brings outstanding opera performances to a number of Central Florida counties including Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Lake, Sumter, Marion, Polk, Volusia, Flagler, and Indian River.

We have an exciting 31st Season planned with musical and entertainment performances everyone will enjoy at a variety of venues.

Beginning about 5:30pm enjoy Maestro's World Famous Singing Servers along with Resident Artists and special guests of The Central Florida Lyric Opera performaing your favoritie opera arias and musical theater pieces.

Central Florida Lyric Opera & our International Opera Center of America Exchange Program is about opportunity and experience..

Central Florida Lyric Opera has a long history as a welcoming environment where rising vocal talents are nurtured.

Grant Norman, Kristin Patterson Brehm, Kaitlyn McMonigle, Fernando Varela and Elise Curran are a few of the vocalists who advanced to great broadway, opera, and concert musical careers following early exposure to the professional vocal instruction and on-stage opportunites made available by Central Florida Lyric Opera.

Central Florida Lyric Opera's Resident Artists Program returns with a bugeoning crop of returning and new talents who will join with Central Florida Lyric Opera guest performers onstage, appearing in at least one production, while also singing in community recitals, as well as private and public special events throughout the season.
